Samanta is on-demand interpreting meaning that you can request a call at any time without a prior appointment. However, our interpreters can sometimes be in high demand so we recommend pre booking your interpreter in advance where possible.

Samanta’s interpreters are qualified and experienced in dealing with very personal, private and sensitive information. Our interpreters work mainly with clinical healthcare and legal clients so are very used to interpreting strictly confidential conversations. They are bound by a strict code of ethics, privacy policy and confidentiality agreement.

Your company will have one main account which the account manager can top up with credits. The account manager will then invite specific users to join your company account and issue credits to that user. Each user will download the app on their phone and log in using the credentials issued by the company account.

Your companies account manager will be in charge of purchasing Samanta credits using either a company credit card in the app or by bank transfer to Samanta. The account manager can then issue credits to individual user accounts who are registered under your companies Samanta account.

Yes. Depending on your firms needs you can choose to sign up to a monthly or annual contract with discounted rates or use Samanta as a pay-as-you-go app from time to time.

Simply download the Samanta app and click on “Register your company”. Once you have input your companies details a representative from Samanta will be in touch to finalise some details. Then you will be free to purchase credits and issue them to other users.
