FAQ’s

  • Samanta is on-demand interpreting meaning that you can request a call at any time without a prior appointment. However, our interpreters can sometimes be in high demand so we recommend pre booking your interpreter in advance where possible.

  • No. In some hospital settings or doctors clinics there will be a shared device that multiple staff can access when needed. Your company will have one main account which the account manager can top up with credits and issue to a specific shared account.

  • Your account manager will be in charge of purchasing Samanta credits using either a company credit card in the app or by bank transfer to Samanta. The account manager can then issue credits to individual user accounts who are registered under your Samanta account.

  • Yes. It’s important that our interpreters understand medical and legal terminology as much as possible. All of Samanta’s interpreters will state in their bio if they are experienced in or specialise in medical, legal or commercial terminology so you can chose the right interpreter for your needs.

  • Simply download the Samanta app and click on “Register your company”. Once you have input your companies details a representative from Samanta will be in touch to finalise some details. Then you will be free to purchase credits and issue them to other users.
